Our in-store gift cards cannot be used online, to find your nearest store please click here

Our E-Gift Cards are for use online only and cannot be spent in our stores.
Choose your amount and receive your voucher via email.
E-Gift Cards can be added to Apple Wallet.
Once added to your account, the balance is kept there until it's all used up.

 

Returns

Online Orders

You have 28 days from the day you receive your order to return it, and if you decide to do so it is super easy.

All returned items must be in a perfect, unworn and resellable condition, with tags and packaging included.
As soon as your package is all labelled up, use your included pre-paid label and drop it off at the Post Office. Make sure they give you a receipt!

£2.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return postage cost.

Your refund will come through within 10 days of your return landing at our Warehouse.

Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The best way to do this is to email service@dmg-scy.co.uk. If possible please provide pictures of the damage and make sure you include your order number.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively you may exchange in store, just pop in with your item and invoice. Be sure to choose something new that retails at the same price or higher because our stores can't give change against online purchases.

Refunds
Once your return is processed, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to show the refund.

We don't refund items in store that were purchased online but you can exchange them within 28 days.

All you need to do is take the item and invoice into the store.

Be sure to choose something new that retails at the same price or higher because our stores can't give change against online purchases.

Our stores are happy to exchange any item that is accompanied by a valid receipt within 28 days of the original purchase date.

All returned items must be in a perfect, unworn and resellable condition.

If you have a faulty item, please return to the store with the receipt and our staff will be happy to help.

 

Shipping

We usually ship worldwide but currently aren't shipping to EU countries due to Brexit.

We'll have this sorted out as soon as possible but in the meantime we wanna say WE'RE SO SORRY WE MISS YOU to our EU friends.

 

We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries and RM's partners for international deliveries.

Royal Mail collect parcels from us each weekday afternoon.

If you place your order before 1pm on a weekday it will processed and collected that day.

UK

Within the UK orders over £50 are sent for free via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery.

To help keep your costs down, postage starts from £2.95 and is calculated for each order depending on the size and weight of the parcel. The easiest way to see how much postage will cost is to add the items you'd like to order to your basket, select your location and view the available options.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 1 working days from dispatch (email & SMS updates available)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2 working days from dispatch (email & SMS updates available)

Royal Mail Special Delivery (arrives by 1pm Next Day) – Must be ordered by 1pm to arrive next day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (arrives by 9am Next Day) – Must be ordered by 1pm to arrive next day.

WORLDWIDE

Postage starts from £5.50 and is calculated for each order depending on the size and weight of the parcel. The easiest way to see how much postage will cost is to add the items you'd like to order to your basket, select your location and view the available options.

Tracked International Delivery - 5 - 7 working days (Tracked at 6 points with online delivery confirmation and compensation)

We try our very best to dispatch everything as quickly as possible but sometimes there may be something holding us up.
